Local Oxfordshire paddleboarding school scoops prestigious start-up award.
At a prestigious award ceremony last night, local Oxfordshire paddleboarding school – Moi’s SUP School – was awarded the South East Start-Up of the Year Award for Leisure & Tourism by the national Start-Up Awards.
Since launching in May 2022, Moi’s SUP School has welcomed over 800 customers to its ‘base’ on the River Thames at The Rose Revived, Newbridge, offering a range of fun, friendly, expert lessons together with a range of guided tours and experiences across Oxfordshire stunning, and often hidden, waterways.
According to the latest Watersports Participation Survey 2022, over 7.5m adults participated in paddlesport activities last year. The popularlity of StandUp Paddleboarding continues to grow, with over 3m adults participating at least one or two times in the sport in 2022.
