SUP Yoga has become one of the most innovative & exciting styles of yoga in recent years. By appealing to all - whether you’re a complete novice or ‘seasoned yogi’ – and requiring absolutely no previous paddleboarding experience, it has become increasingly popular.

The practice of SUPYoga requires attention to breathing as well as body movements and the pace of this type of yoga requires you to slow down & focus more on your breathing. And although SUPYoga doesn’t require too much physical activity, it’s proven to train your body. The practice will strengthen your core areas such as arms, shoulders, legs, knees and quadriceps and being out in nature, in the fresh air will naturally release your ‘feel-good’ endorphin hormones.

We’re delighted that Emma will be leading our SUPYoga & Wellness programme. In addition to being a certified BSUPA SUPYoga Instructor, Emma brings a wealth of expertise being a Yoga practitioner and Personal Trainer with a passion for delivering a holistic and mindful experience.

Summer SUPYoga – 'Exclusive 6-week course'

We’ve listened to your feedback & are thrilled to introduce our new, dedicated six-week SUPYoga course on the lake. Every week there will be a new breath and meditation to practice, plus a different Vinyasa Flow to keep you focused and challenged. There will, of course, be options for more gentle poses to help ground and calm you. This is a unique opportunity for you to really feel the benefits of regular SUPYoga - gradually improving your balance, confidence & giving that amazing sense of achievement. By the end of the six week programme expect to feel stronger, calmer and more confident on and off the water.

September SUPYoga - ‘Flow & Restore’

£30 per person, all equipment included. Adults only. Sunday mornings on the lake throughout September.

Ideal for those who've been unable to commit to our six-week courses, or for those looking for some ‘me-time’ after a hectic summer! Come, relax & enjoy nature at its best with the changing season.

In these sessions, Emma will introduce floating Meditation & Breathwork, followed by a flow of gentle postures that will improving strength, stability and flexibility, whilst allowing all tension to float away. Each class finishes with a floating Savasana to inducing feelings of vitality and wellbeing.

Dates: Sunday 1st Sept, Sunday 15th Sept, Sunday 22nd Sept, Sunday 29th Sept.
